Ms. Meola, Founder, President and CEO of Satisfaction Management Systems (SMS) celebrates its 24th year of business in 2013. Jeri’s experience has been in the design, implementation and management of the market research process for SMS’ largest and most complex clients across a wide variety of industries and companies such as: Genie Industries, Gelco, General Electric, Honeywell, Imation, Katun, Toro, Carlson Wagonlit and Wells Fargo.
Jeri is nationally recognized within her industry as a member of Sterling Who’s Who. Her M.A. is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University. In 2004 she was recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners for her community contributions as a recipient of the Luminary Award. She currently is on the Board of Directors for WomenVenture, Minnesota Council for Quality (MCQ), Performance Improvement Network (PIN) and United Way (pdf) Women’s Leadership Council. She is a past board member for Executive Women’s Golf (EWGA) and The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
